Mycket bra service från receptionen, både trevligt och snabbt. Väldigt fina, nya och fräscha lokaler. Jag orkade inte äta någon frukost även om jag kunde ha fått den redan före kl.5 på morgonen om jag velat, bra! Gratis transfer till flygplatsen funkade perfekt. Hiss saknas. (Bara två våningar dock, så inte så farligt). |

Mycket elegant och tyst rum, sköna sängar, perfekt service med hämtning och lämning på flygplatsen. Den tidiga frukosten på hotellet för oss flygresenärer, kl. 05.30, var sparsam (Kaffe, juice, croissant, en liten yoghurtburk och en banan). |

Room was clean, roomy, comfortable, well lit -- best value for money on our 30 day trip. Restaurant was terribly expensive -- 40 Euros for soup and salad and glass of wine for two. |

This was a very clean hotel, convenient to the airport. We had dinner at the hotel; the food was good but not gourmet In our bathroom, a tile was missing from the wall and there were obvious cracks in the sealer around the bath tub. This is a new hotel and they are not maintaining it. I wonder what it will be like in several years |

Most of the staff was fluent in English, which was very welcome. The room was very quiet and comfortble. |

Clean, efficient, transport to the airport, tried to please, kept to the conditions and prices quoted, i.e. no added hidden charges No screens on the windows to keep out the mosquitoes and other insects; no shower curtain; no trash can in the bedroom area; no tissues |

Peace and quiet of the surroundings, free internet access, beautiful garden with a pond, spacious rooms. No shower curtain over the bath - difficult to take a shower and not everybody likes taking a bath. Breakfast was rather modest. It was very difficult to find it going by car - not signposted well enough. |

We used the hotel whilst visiting the Hungarian Air Show. We were picked up on arrival, transferred to/from the station next day (we used the train to get to Kecskemet). Day 3 they again transferred us to Ferihegyi Station for our transfer into Budapest. All this for free - and with a smile!!!! What a service!!!! Also very comfortable beds and quiet location. |

New nice and comfort. Shuttlebus didn't work very well because if you stay more than one day you need to take cab or walk over 3km to nearest bus stop because hotel carry only arrival and departure. |

Close to the airport. They provided shuttle service to the airport. This is a brand new hotel with many minor details that should be corrected before the open up for full operation. For example the air conditioning was not working properly, neither their wireless internet service. |

The food. The nice room with a balcony overlooking koi pond and garden. Staff (particularly the airport shuttle driver and waitress) were very friendly and helpful. It was a huge mistake to build a new hotel and not include an elevator-- I simply can't understand why this was not done. The poor driver had to lug our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Even a ramp would help. But they need to remedy the situation and put in an elevator. |
